Fixed Price Contract Maintenance

The aim of a fully maintained contract is to provide customers with a ‘fixed cost motoring solution’ throughout the duration of their contract hire agreement.

The following are included in the contract:

- Routine servicing (free collection and delivery or courtesy car)
- Mechanical repairs
- Tyres
- Batteries
- Exhausts
- Breakdown recovery
- Service booking facility
- Driver support


The 24 hour dedicated support hotline provides driver access to helpful advisors who are happy to answer your queries and requests for the following services:

  • Breakdown
  • Tyre replacement
  • Service and repair booking

Breakdown Services:

Home Start – for breakdowns occurring at or within 1/4 mile of the driver’s home
Roadside Assistance – the number one aim of the service is to fix the vehicle roadside.
If this is not possible recovery will be provided.
Recovery – vehicle recovery to the nearest approved local repairer or recovery to a UK mainland destination of the customer’s choice (if the vehicle cannot be repaired roadside
or via a prompt local repair).
Relay Plus – If a vehicle is recovered and cannot be repaired locally and promptly the customer can choose between a replacement vehicle (for up to 48 hours), public transport costs or overnight accommodation (terms and conditions apply).

Reduced administration – no supplier invoices or driver pay/reclaim receipts.
Technical expertise – a team of City and Guilds trained technicians vetting and authorising work, ensuring all work carried out is both necessary and in line with manufacturer guidelines.
