Do you love cars? Are you looking to build a career in the automotive industry? Come and talk to Neva!

At Neva, we believe in investing in local talent-and in our home county of Sussex, there’s lots of it! The automotive industry is notoriously hard to break in to and the job market is fiercely competitive. Let’s face it though, when you get to talk about cars all day, it’s not hard to see why!
Of course, there’s a lot more to working at Neva than just talking about vehicles, so we’re looking for two talented and hardworking apprentices to join our expert team at our head office in Uckfield, to learn about the trade and start on the path to carving out their dream career.
As well as expertise and mentoring from our team of car and van specialists, the successful candidates will be given the opportunity to gain experience in all areas of the Neva business, from trade vans to account management, and everything in between.
We like to think we’re an accommodating bunch, so the two apprentices appointed will also have the opportunity to give their input to all levels of the business, and will have the chance to work closely with the team in an area of the business that is of most interest to them.
We cover everything from fleet management, with our award winning C Fleet app to assisting employers with their duty of care and ensuring they’re compliant, so there will be a variety of interesting tasks for the successful candidates to get stuck in to, as well as being able to pick the brains of our vehicle experts.
The successful apprentices will be taught customer service and sales skills, as well as everything you need to know about leasing, managing a fleet and offering ongoing, unrivalled service to our loyal Neva customers.
Here at Neva, we believe it’s important to invest time in our employees and reward hard work, and our growth over the last year has meant we’ve been able to invest significantly in the training of our staff and promote some of our dedicated team members to managerial positions. Plus, we reckon our company values make Neva a pretty good place to work!
