We caught up with one of our valued clients Peter Sanders, Director of Sanders Property Management to discuss all things cars, saving money and customer service. Hi Peter, it’s good to catch up. If you were to describe your experience dealing with Neva Consultants in three words, which three would you pick?

A: An Excellent Service.

What was the best thing about dealing with the team at Neva?

A: Their professionalism. Like many business directors, it’s important that I save time where possible and that I ensure normally lengthy processes such as obtaining new vehicles are hassle free. This is something Neva Consultants always deliver on. The process requires minimum time output from my side, and their options are competitive in terms of pricing, which is also great.

What recommendations do you have for people shopping for new vehicles?

A: It’s important to do your research beforehand and have an idea about what you want. Neva help to guide you through the process and can advise and make suggestions, but ultimately if you can at least specify what you will be using the vehicle for, how often it will be used and any preferences you have, they will be able to better assist you and the process will be much quicker.

It’s also important to deal with professionals-no matter where you obtain a vehicle from, you should expect the staff to be knowledgeable, understand and respect your requirements and provide good customer service. Vehicles are a great expense to most people, whether for personal or business use, so be sure to deal with people you trust, and who consistently deliver great service throughout the process and long after you have received your vehicle.
